Hey so i want to add admin on 1 plugin and this cant be deleted
The reasson: My Game Panel have options to modify sub users on GPanel, and i want to sell Admin Owner whit GPanel, but i can modify permissions to dont remove Plugins or modify plugins.ini
And i want to give Acces to users.ini
And all have some "trolls" and i dont want to punish my admins for be trolls whit others owners or admins
For that reasson i want to put 2 or more admins on 1 sma and compile and upload

Makes no sense how you can modify permissions for one file but can't for the other. That's not the original reason behind your request, it seems.

If you can't trust the people who you give access to your game panel then you should remove their access.
