You can ignore it, it's not an error and T-Pose death is how it comes out of box not been able to set poses to ragdolls.

I'm guessing custom maps that crashes on survivor death is because of the dead body location? Been having some that did while others haven't.

Should not crash at all regardless of map, sometimes vphysics can have a stroke and crash but never really been able to determine what crashes as i'v had vphysics crashes without this installed.

Kinda need more info to even start fixing if this is the problem.

If it's of any help, I was playing on Questionable Ethics, on death it would crash just right away. It didn't happen on the first map of QE but then 2nd and 3rd kept instant crashing even after restart, it would crash the players only, not the server.

Could it be a pre-cache error of the original ragdoll that's being overlayed?

I was using this setting also;
"1 = [Only use common infected vphysics for bugged models and survivor model(they heavy)]"

Questionable Ethics is the worst map for any server to run I do not myself, it's total garbage(poorly made) I highly recommend not using any mods on that to even play it.

Common infected placeholder model is always precached onlyway clients will not precache is due to a valve fail

1 is fine should function ok, clientside mods could crash it if you running on listen server.

Alright thank you, so it's just a map issue, I am more than happy to know that since that isolates the issue. It's good the know the plugin shouldn't crash on any basis other than what it's played on.

I play a lot of custom maps on a dedicated linux server, personally it rarely crashes so I wanted to make sure it was the culprit there.

Suicide Blitz 2 experiences crashes upon death on map 3, it's oddly specific but even more interesting is that Daybreak on map 2, it's the same thing.

Both also shared the issues with precaching CS:S weapons, they would end up invisible or as panes of glass then crash the clients if using l4d2_weaponunlock from Atomicm, not the server though. However using a CS:S unlocker as VPK solved that.

Nothing related to this plugin. That's too many entities issue like c1m3. Disable some plugins that precache lots of models (e.g. Hats plugin) on that map.
