who do I need to contact with to order to get the latest version of smac ( for linux based dedicated server ) ?

Point taken, didn't notice that.
So I'll change my question,
In case I already have the files on my server (inside the plugins folder) how can I check if it works probably
I tried to see it via meta list, but I can see only the meta, source mode though SMAC is a plugin within the sourcemode plugin so I'm not really sure I should see it there..
and another question is how can I check my current version and what is the latest version that was available before the situation with Kigen ?

You can type sm plugins in console and it will show loaded plugins.

depends on which console, if it's server console, the command is: sm plugins list
if it's a client console, it's: sm plugins
