SMAC detects aimbotters and all, but it's not banning them automatically.
Is there an option that I have to change here?

look in smac.cfg
You will see
smac_xxx_ban
xxx being replaced by the specific module.
Set that to 1.
For example smac_autotrigger_ban 1
