This plugin is the jetpack+bazooka edited by me. This plugin is not Jetpack+Bazooka, this plugin is the bazooka without the jetpack.
Sorry for the little information.

No, because it uses the models of Half-Life and Counter-Strike default.

Bazooka without jetpack have already been posted, but not really released. Also, this one have more CVARs.
