I have a copy of the first version of this plugin somewhere, it just kicks on what ever you set the ping limit too, I have it set to 200. I#ll upload the amx tonight when I finish work.

The version I have works fine on 0.16 and 0.20RC6 its annotated .amx but will still work in 0.20 as long as you leave it with the .amx file extension.

If I have the .sma then I'll upload it aswell, otherwise it will be just the .amx

The version I use simply prints one message to the disconnected player only which says "Your ping is too high, please try again later"

16 plugins, 16 running

and i see the message but i run a windows server and amxx .16 still cause its more stable for dod.

Put them in plugins.ini.
