my server is spamming this into logs...

As this is an unapproved plugin I'd sugest to change to one of these 2 deathmatch plugins:

Maxximou5's Deathmatch v2.0: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=246405

CS_RespawnPlayer is a SM cstrike command so you might need to update the gamedata for it.
