Hello I need a SM coder that can make a sourcemod plugin for my Site Store (Ember Store)

Maybe we can get by without a plugin and just have some PHP/SQL scripts run when a package is purchased to add SteamID and VIP Flag/group to the Sourcebans DB and force a resync?
