You seem to have missed out something from your change log, the fact that the MOTD screen now displays a "This server is protected by SourceCBL" screen. Which there is no option to disable.

This means that any server running adverts will suddenly find their adverts won't work because SourceCBL takes up that space instead. I've now removed the SourceCBL plugin from my servers because I need adverts to help pay for the servers.

So a suggestion for future versions. Add in a cvar to disable the MOTD message.

After checking the SourceCBL Discord, I found that the MOTD hijacking can be disabled via the sm_scbl_disable_altcheck cvar.

R4 - What about motd hijacking @Yimura I think that's a deal breaker for most communities

Yimura - Can be disabled by disabling the alt account check
While I am glad it can be disabled, I shouldn't have to find out by checking your Discord server. As previously stated, you should document all the changes properly, both here on AlliedModders, on Github and your Wiki.

Well you can't but that is only natural as stated in the announcement there was nobody who actually reported cheaters aside from 1 community and our own admins. With no donations we couldn't afford a "beefy" server. In the end the service got shut down because of high CPU usage. How do you expect us to continue with nobody actually trying? It was a good idea and it was worth the try but it didn't work out with this community... others can learn from this and not try this.

Good afternoon and have a nice day

Was saying I foresaw this happening a year ago when SourceCBL was still an idea being tossed around in this TF2 Community Server Owners discord server I was a part of. Hence "I can't say I didn't foresee this" because I totally did.

If SourceCBL was launched in 2009 or 2010, you probably would've had better success.
