Tested a fresh install with metamod 1.19 & 1.19p28
Same result, stats only working at first round of each map

statsx issue solved after reinstalling the server ...

Some report that their stats is fixed by changing mp_roundtime to 2.0, 2.5 3.0 etc
Dont use 2.10 or 2.20 etc
I think if you don't use halfminutes or whole minutes the stats dont work.
The same issue is with the plugin PTB that it sont work unless you set mp_rountime the way I wrote above.

Not sure this will fix it, but it is worth a try for those having problem.
