Don't put mods. Cs is known for its gameplay. Don't change it. Keep Cs Cs. Remember: you have a Cs server, not a french tuning car. Configure all the plugins that you have. Remove HUD messages, and if you really want to show messages use the chat. Only. Add to it features that don't change the game behaviour but make the users enjoy staying there. Get in there good admins. Define rules and use them in every case. Work.

I agree that CS is way better without mods but sometimes you do what you got to do. I love playing normal CS and stuff but its fun playing mods also. It makes the game so much more expansive.
