This Tutorial i used to implement Cars, but everytime i restart my server the cars are gone, i know i need to apply them to MySql but how do i do that?

3. is there a admin GUI i can use like to ban/kick ppl?

4. how can i add Health and all the stuff to the HUD? it aint shot how much health i got

5. i know the command for cuff /cuff but whats the command for arrest?

3 - Their is no GUI but their are menus. You can use amx_banmenu, amx_kickmenu, etc...take a look in amx_help for available commands.
