I have a restart 3 times and gogo plugin for amx, but i need to add all the admins as users in users.ini

can i make a "rcon restartgame" or "rcon go" comando and use amx without being amx admin?

so that the people with the rcon password can use the command without standing in the users.ini file?

In Console:

rcon_password <password>
rcon sv_restart 1

that will restart the rounds.. but dont put in rcon restart 1 (that will restart your server). Is this what you were looking for? Anyone with the rcon password can do this.
