Info:
My very first public plugin.

When the current map is de_train, then the plugin searches for de_train.txt.
If there is no de_train.txt then plugin uses the default.txt(if cvar is set to 1, otherwise it doesn't do anything).
It reads data from /addons/amxmodx/configs/rules directory. Put there the .txt files.

Commands:

• /rules - Shows MOTD of the current map rules

Cvars:

• amx_rules_advert 0/1(default: 1) - Advert after every 2 rounds.

• amx_rules_default 0/1(default: 1) - Use default file when there is no mapname.txt and prefix file(with amx_rules_prefix 1)

• amx_rules_prefix 0/1(default: 1) - Use prefix file when there is no mapname.txt file

Chancing cvars takes affect after mapchange. I'm checking cvars once a map to use as less ressources as possible.

It's a Map Rules. So every map will have different rules

BTW, i mostly thought in which plugins are the same functions i need, finded them and here it is...
