Lag on CS (Answer Plz)

Hello this is my computer specc and i got huge fps drop and lag.

System - Windows 7
Processor - Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU 330 @ 1.60GHz 1.60Ghz
Ram - 4,00 GB (3.00 GB using)

Amazing. After having opened so many topics, you still don't understand that sensible replies require more information than what you provide. Stop being lazy or solve it yourself.

I'll just go ahead and start guessing: upgrade your graphics card and close as many background processes as possible.

It is an Atom processor. It is not made for playing games at all.

8088: I guess he has an INTEL 900 (Or what ever it is called) graphics card, as he probably has a very small 10 inch laptop witch is very cheap.
I have made some tests on such laptops, and I found out that the one you can buy with an AMD processor and an ATI card is the only of those small laptops where you can actually play games from the HL1 engine. The rest of them are just plain crap.

No shit. I was being sarcastic. We're not even sure if this is about a client or server, we don't know if this problem occurred all of a sudden or if it has been like this from the beginning, et cetera et cetera et cetera et cetera...
