On the frostnade plugin there is a Ice Symbol at the left side.

Can someone remove it plz?

Here you are in Scripting Help so you have to learn =p, if you want that other people do the job that you want, you have Requests/Suggestions forum.

That part that you want to edit is

manage_icon(id,mode)

But.... if you don't want to show the icon just use the fn_icon cvar o.O

try to put ( amx_cvar fn_icon 0 ) in the game console and i sure that the icon will be removed

I still think that you shouldn't help removing that part to the plugin... he can do it and he don't need to have any knowledge or think a lot of... he only have to REMOVE A CODE, and i telled him what code he need to remove. Will be different if this post is in Request forum.
