I'm not sure if it makes any difference, but on lines 1032 and 1033, the case numbers need to be switched.
PHP Code:
case 7set 1;    // Francis
case 6set 0;    // Louis 
Francis should be 6 and Louis should be 7 based on their values for the m_survivorCharacter property.

Just noticed the main reason why it wasn't having the intended effect I had desired in the Welcome To Hell campaign. The in-map entities have their targetnames (for the team 4 survivors) blank. Will there be support soon for allowing the individual L4D1 cases to have their unique target name? (I'll be happy to use this with the Map Based Configs plugin)

The plugin cannot work on maps which create L4D1 survivors like in c6m1/c6m3 and must be disabled or issues will occur. If I can find a method to auto detect L4D1 holdout style survivors on maps and auto disable the plugin I'll update, otherwise you have to use a maps config to change l4d2_holdout_allow to 0. I could add a cvar to block maps but theres really no point since plugins for map specific configs exist.

Now auto blocks detected maps spawning L4D1 holdout survivors:

    - Added plugin enabled check when using commands to prevent usage if turned off.
    - Automatically detects and blocks the plugin running on maps which spawn their own L4D1 holdout survivors.
    - Changed character number for Louis. Has no affect. Thanks to "Crasher_3637" for reporting.
    - Fixed round restart resetting the blocked map bool.

No it can't, would need a different method and then something to prevent players taking them over and something to disable their glow through the world. Changing to team 4 and freezing them sort of works, they don't seem to be teleported but they glow through the world.

It's not something I plan to do, but if someone does and wants to send me the modified code I'll add.

I loved putting the survivor at a high place so they can have eagle eye view but I have a question, does this affect the CI and SI infected spawn? (since it need to be hidden from survivor FOV)

I did a test and the bots from the holdout plugin don't kill the infected spawn, don't worry.

    - Now spawns L4D2 Survivors as holdout Survivors!
    - L4D2 Survivors may use some new voice lines when throwing items.
    - Changed from using hard coded offsets for weapon ammo. Thanks to "Root" for the method.
    - Replaced input "Kill" with "RemoveEntity". Now requires SourceMod 1.10 or newer.

They always try to pickup stm like louis try to pick up magnum so i have to spawn a magnum for him otherwise he will try to pick up stm then get stuck.
I try to make bot dont pickup everything but i try every cvar none of one can make it
