[TF2] Deathrun Remake

Description
This is a plugin remade from scratch ground up, with code from [TF2] Deathrun Redux.
This plugin also supports translations including color support.


Q: Why did you make this plugin? plugin already exists.
A: Because the plugin was last updated 2015 and contains exploits such as ability to change team as the Death. (which is fixed in this plugin) and other issues.

2. Client Cookie Client Preferences Support.
3. Fully written in new syntax.
4. Compatible with [TF2] Deathrun Redux Config files.
> Rename /data/deathrun/ directory to /data/tf2_deathrun/
> Rename /data/deathrun/deathrun.cfg to /data/tf2_deathrun/tf2_deathrun.cfg
5. Uses SteamWorks over SteamTools.

Current Available Translations
1. English.
2. Swedish.

ConVars
1. tf_dr_remake_advert - Determine if an advert about the author should play. Default: 1
> 1 - Enabled
> 0 - Disabled
2. tf_dr_remake_advert_timer - The timer interval for the advert to play.

deleting the other translation files should do the trick, i'll try later on see how to overcome this issue.
