I don't think that will fix that problem, In phpmyadmin what version does it say your MySQL server is?

So, I was just pokeing around your install, and your database is missing some information. Were there errors when you imported the install.sql file?

EDIT:

.....told you that you messed with something that you should not have.........You removed the default game TF2 with out enable another game... and there for causing the error you were seeing.
