- dods_antispam_voiceblock - 1 - block 'Voice' commands spam / 0 - don't block
- dods_antispam_hsignalblock - 1 - block 'Hand Signal' commands spam / 0 - don't block
- dods_antispam_blocktime - "5" - time in seconds between 'Voice' & 'Hand Signal' commands
- dods_antispam_blockall - 1 - block all 'Voice' and 'Hand Signal' commands / 0 - player can use commands
