I keep getting this error can someone help?

Re-install your host machine if possible and follow the lgsm tutorial more carefully.
If you upload files via (s)ftp use your csgoserver user that is owner of the game server files.

sudo chown -R csgoserver:csgoserver /home/csgoserver (Or change the location if its differs from yours)

and then folllowed this for FTP
