When you compile the map the map is divided into pieces of chunks each chunk of the map is approximately 64x64x64 units if am not mistaken now brush entities will be seperated and cut with each chunk, and thats all you need to know so in conclusion when decompiling the map, it will be split up into many sections thanks to the compiling process.
