I think that 4.1 is too bloaty. Join/leave messages, sv_maxspeed 99999, afk managers and all... I loved the old amx_super because of all those commands, but not "features". I would greatly appreciate a 'light' version with all the good stuff like loading songs and HPK + all those commands (well, maybe except team transfering ones, because amx can already do that) but without the stuff which interferes that much, like those leave/join messages which even if disabled, take up memory.

You can disable whatever you want with cvars. And apparently you know nothing about how AMXX or any program works. The few KBs (possibly MUCH less) that are allocated by the functions you mentioned won't make a difference even if used by multiple gameservers in a shared environment.

The next version will allow you to disable features you don't want, but this is directed for compatibility with other plugins, disabling conflicting commands, and not to save a few irrelevant KBs of memory.

Thanks for explaining. I can't wait for 4.2, maybe then i will upgrade.

Since the next version will feature a full rewrite I think it would be fair to call it 5.0.

Yea, 4.2 is but a few small fixes. And I figured the closeness of the finishing to the re-write, would just wait for that. Hopefully it wont be much more longer than we expect And yea, it will be a 5.0 for sure

That's in my plains, but first Yami has to make it work in 4.2, only after that we'll integrate it in 5.0

And I could say there is at least 70% complete. The 'problem' is that it will be multi mod (only the ones Ham support, but that covers all the major ones) , and there will be one plugin for each one with mod-specific commands along with the main plugin, but I've only worked with CS and have no idea how to script for other mods.

lol. Yeah, we should. Even if we do, it will still be offered as a seperate plugin since it can be used without having Super. On a side note, 0.9.1 is coming soon

I think that it is okay that they are separate because not everyone wants to have that menu.
