We've used this plugin for the nice menu it creates for a long time now. I did however edit the plugin to add a command to load or unload a plugin.
I know some of you will be quick to say but sm plugins load and sm plugins unload work fine. But we wanted to be able to not only unload the plugin from running but also be able to move it to the disabled directory similar to how the menu works. sm plugin unload doesn't do that. Then we also wanted to be able to load a plugin from the disabled directory like the menu does. sm plugins load does not do that either. I did not create a command for reloading a plugin because sm plugins reload works fine for that.
The main reason I added these commands was for rcon support from my cell phone away from a computer. However it will also allow you to add the commands into a cfg file for automating a few tasks.
Commands:
- sm_loadplugin <name of smx file>
- sm_unloadplugin <name of smx file>
Note: Do not include .smx when using the command. The plugin automatically does that for you.
Hope this helps others as much as it helps us.
