zr_forceteam plugin

when player joins, leave round restarts and ct win its anonying can someone help me out fix this?
without this plugin there is problem before infection when players are split 2 teams some maps have blocked access to go for t team so thats why i added this plugin to spawn everyone in ct team before infection.

to higher values and have team terrorist joinable
