Hello, I need fuction to create beam sprite from entity to custom position but i find only fuction created beam from ent to ent or from pos to pos but not from ent to pos

Get position of entity by using GetEntPropVec for m_vecOrigin, then connect beam from that to your custom position.

It can be done by ent+ent method. Create new entity at your desired custom position and make it invisible + give noclip. Then attach beam from your moving entity to this entity.
