Not really in the scope of this type of plugin.

If you receive two (or more) messages at the same time (or in a short time) you can read just the last one.

You could turn var "message" into global and save on it more than 1 message (but put a limit, i think 3 or 4 are ok).

You should add an Admin Command so where you can put it to work with alive players too.
Ex: amx_motd 1 || amx_motd 0
(1= Plugin works on both Alive and Dead || 0= Plugin works only on Dead)

Because some people might want it to work with alive players for when you want to message Alive Players who are breaking rules.

thsi menu dispaly the players name you have just to cooose the player and then write message
