The "connect; reconnect" command has been marked by Valve as privileged, so what you are trying to do is no longer possible.

It's not a matter of wanting to help you, it's a real wall.

That was the requested work around with Valve but instead they blocked the connect command entirely.

It's forbidden, so don't expect any help on these forums regarding this.

As for the OP, just tell your players to use their console and type disconnect or manually disconnect, the plugin is tedious.

They did the right thing, how would they know whether you're going to use it for good or bad purposes?

Just ask clients whether they would like to play in another server of yours.
If they agree, write ip in the console so they can c/p it.
