If this works then it's even easier to setup.

smac_addcvar cl_cmdrate between kick 10 100

Assuming min 10, max 100.

Putting other characters in the cl_cmdrate (like " 30"), also successfully ping-masks. Does SMAC enforces that it be strictly numeric? If not, I made an edit to Anti-Ping Mask a long time ago that does force it to be only numbers, in addition to being 30+.

Regarding kicking people with high ping, High Ping Kicker - Lite Edition works great on my CS:S server.

I have no idea how to put a space in front of it (the game seems to ignore the space) but if you'd like to test it you can connect to 188.126.64.31:27015 (TF2). It has been running that config for a good while.

May be a problem though. I've seen two players (out of a lot, so that's extremely few) kicked for returning "66\par", which obviously isn't just a number, but I have no idea what that means. Does it really say "/par", is a paragraph or something else? I don't know if it could be malicious or the user just thought it was a good idea to use a word processor to edit config files. Either way SMAC doesn't like it.

Code:
smac_addcvar cl_cmdrate between kick 10 100
Can i add special kick message to this option in the SMAC?
