Recommended usefull plugins for CS:S

Hi,
I run a small CS:S server at work for coworkers. It works fine but haven't been running CS servers for over 10 years now so I'm a bit lost when it comes to plugins.

What common usefull plugins should I look into?

Plugins for voting on maps, stats plugins etc. I know there are several out there but it's hard to know which are popular among other server admins and for what reasons. I can test them out one by one of course but I was hoping I could get some helpfull tips from others.

It would be usefull if people know what kind of server (gamemode) it is before asking for plugins.

Just plain vanilla CS:S.
