The EAC banlist doesn't have a live feed of VAC bans. They manually sync with vacbanned.com once in a while, which means relatively new VAC bans won't be on the list until the next sync. That seems to be the case here.

Ok thanks you GoD-Tony for answer, I am going to install the plugin Vac Status Checker in supplement.
