Nice plugin. Got a few suggestions/ questions

- Like the other guy said earlier with the "o" flag making those players auto VIP. Could you add a line in that will make players with the "s" flag auto VIP.

- The VIP Tag doesnt seem to be appearing like someone else stated.

- Add in a cvar that enables you to rename the "[VIP Chat]" phrase, wanting to just make it say "[VIP]".

- Make it so the VIP Join Sound cant be spammed? People can spam retry in conosle and the server plays the sound multiple times (overlapping and spam).

Overall a great addon. Good job

When you enable happy hour, I choose 60minutes but when the map changes (before the 60 min have passed) happy hour is disabled again.

Can't you save it in the DB or something? (maybe then happy hour can be on more than 1 server at the same time)
