If you find anything let me know, I've been researching it for the last few days, but I haven't got anything.

I've already researched about updating the Queryport file, Windows Dedicated Protocol, among others and nothing.

Linux Servers, are working normally on HLSW.

Only Windows are failing,

HLSW probably need to update protocol too. As sourcebans by the way.
That's certainly the problem, 3 years ago, someone updated the Query.cfg file, and it worked fine again, but it broke after the 2.2.1.3 update.

Now HLSW does not recognize server Windows.

It works fine for Linux servers only.

Who knows how to update the Query.cfg file?

If you click View Raw you can see the plugin frames annotated in the call stack, that call was made by left4dhooks.smx::Native_LobbyUnreserve which was called by confoglcompmod. smx::UL_KillLobbyRes.

Unless there are multiple overloads the function looks correct, so it is possible the parameters have changed or it is something more insidious.

That looks like a bug with l4d2_bugfixes.ext.2.l4d2.so, the call address seems to be misaligned when it’s re-calling ccharge::HandleCustomCollision from its hook.

Protocol no longer works. and many players crash their games before the bar on the loading screen is full when logging into the server. This is a very crappy update. Don't update this game anymore. Because it's not giving any pleasure anymore.

In addition, websites or plugins that collect player information, server information such as Gametracker, sourcebans cannot pull data and see the server as offline. is there any way to solve this problem?
