Best method of hooking 'say' / 'say_team'

Hey guys,

Quick question, I'm looking for a way to hook say or say_team in order to capture a string of text that the client has typed into chat. It will end up being printed to mysql however if it is easier to post how to capture and print to a log file I can make the necessary changes to work with mysql

Just found some information regarding these 2 types of hooking chat, with OnClientCommandSay and with AddCommandListener (Used by Chat-Processor).
To reduce the number of manual hooks people do on "say" and "say_team"... and more importantly, unlike say and say_team hooks, OnClientSayCommand isn't called for existing hooks registered through RegConsoleCmd (not sure about AddCommandListener).
