i've somehow managed to position the left hand of the zombie just perfect
is there any way how i can copy and do the moves i did for the left hand to the right hand? so it would both be the same?

no, but the hands won't have the same lenght and position which would lead to a lame model...same for the legs

You can allocate a separate part of the model and modify its position! Do not be afraid to experiment!
