Disable any mp_respawn_on_death commands you have enabled, and visit /csgo/addons/sourcemod/configs/shavit-zones.cfg, comment out the CSS sprites, and uncomment the CSGO sprites.

Keyword is 'local'. Your MySQL server looks external to me. Also, you just displayed your database connection info on a public site, I'd remove that video if I were you ;)

Disabling the custom sprites for CS:GO also works (and they don't even look bad!)

I downloaded the 1.5b version from the github and I got this errors:
Hey I installed the 1.5b version but I gets error.
shavit-core.smx ([shavit] Core): Error detected in plugin startup (see error logs)
shavit-rankings.smx ([shavit] Rankings): Native "Shavit_GetDB" was not found
shavit-sounds.smx ([shavit] Sounds): shavit-wr is required for the plugin to work.
shavit-stats.smx ([shavit] Player Stats): Native "Shavit_GetDB" was not found
shavit-timelimit.smx ([shavit] Dynamic Timelimits): Native "Shavit_GetDB" was not found

Are you using SQLITE/Is your mysql database on the same server?

Check the error logs in your SourceMod logs folder. They look like errors_DATE.log. Find the newest one and attach it. (addons/sourcemod/logs)

I solved the problem that described previously by the removal sm plugins reload adminmenu.smx from server.cfg
I do not know why but if you add sm plugins reload adminmenu.smx in server.cfg then on the next map you can not open a menu record..

In the future, if it is really to make the area a little "wider" for a couple of units because there maps with uneven surfaces
and sometimes it just does not see that the player entered it
