Can I get admin from server?

How do I give myself admin with AMX Mods on my SH Mods Server? any commands?

I don't know the command to make me like a b c blabal flag or what ever what where is that

please explain and help!

in users.ini in the amx folder, read it.

EDIT THE USERS.INI like he said already.

its in the amx folder.
