Thanks to bobbobagan and Dragonshadow for pointing out that sm_timeleft and sm_nextmap are console commands. Thanks to Kyle12 for mentioning ping and status. They have been added along with a bugfix for people who use rcon or HLSW.

KAC will prevent reliable channel overflows if your using the Command Spam blocker.

When you need it, you know the value. Meaning, there aren't many who know a way to cause this Overflow but this Plugin takes care of them: just had one guy playing on the Server who got kicked twice and didn't come back for third. Myself, don't like KAC's Command Spam Blocker.

Uh, I said the Command Spam Blocker is what I don't like nor use, never said about not using KAC; KAC's been more than useful.
