I was just wondering how this would be possible? I want to add a few admins on the server I'm setting up, but I'd like for them to have admin but not any superhero admin powers such as editing xp, reseting xp, etc. Please and thanks.

Don't give them the admin flag "m"

You'd be better off changing the sh_adminaccess cvar in shconfig.cfg, in case other plugins (like many do) use the m flag for commands you would generally give to regular admins.
