No, this is not cmdfix problem.
This crashes are happened on PostThink as related to CCSPlayerInventory::GetItemInLoadout (https://imgur.com/a/anzAcEK)
We are fixed this crash already. Check it: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=314194
