[Supergirl]

Description

When any player types /commands, /news or /rules, it will open one MOTD, showing whatever you want.

Installation

1- Put "ezmultimotdopen.amxx" in your plugins folder
2- Put "ezmmo.txt" in your data/lang folder
3- Add "ezmultimotdopen.amxx" line in your cstrike/plugins.ini
4- Add "commands.txt", "news.txt" and "rules.txt" in your cstrike folder, and edit them.

Also, plugins that don't add significant functionality should not be submitted.

Adding multiple language support doesn't change anything. Also note that color chat only works in Counter-Strike 1.6 and therefore cannot be labeled as "ALL".

I made it only for CS 1.6.

If you want to improve it for yourself and use it on your own server then that is perfectly fine. Its functionality is still too trivial to get approved as a released plugin.

Because it has trivial functionality that is not configurable. Typically plugins like this are only done as custom plugins for specific servers. Doing this is perfectly fine but it's not worth of a plugin submission. Note that not all plugins should be submitted to be released here. It's not a reflection of you or your ability to write a plugin, it just doesn't fit into the context of released plugins.

I'd recommend reading this.

I would say that your plugin falls under this rule:

Do not post plugins "just for the sake of it". eg. A fulfilled request may have been useful for one or a few people, but that does not necessarily mean that it has a place in the Approved section. Please take the time to expand your knowledge and produce some quality work.
