Is it possible to ignore someone's chat text in the game? For example, if I type /ignore <player name>, it would not display that guy's chat text.

If nothing exists, then I am surprised it doesn't and will have to submit a request for it!

Why cant you just use !gag?

Because I can't be on the server 24/7 admin'ing it and the server's autonomous to the point where I don't need moderators. So this would be the feature that "seals the deal."

Would be easy to do using Simple Chat Processor.

Simple Chat Processor provides forward which has an array of clients the message will be broadcast to. One only needs to create an ignore list for every player and filter those arrays against it. A skilled coder could do this in about 30 mins - 1 hour.
