Lets take for example the bomb planting one:
I set the planting money to be 50% of my actual money ( is that how the percentage mechanic you added works?
Then after planting no money is added, i tested if after round end the money is added, but it is not.

I didn't say anything about reapi.inc.
The error clearly states cssdk_const.inc is missing.

I can't send you the ones needed - they are different based on your installed version. So find or update all required modules and make sure to get the .inc files as well.

The error says "undefined symbol ht_grenade in reapi_gamedll_const.inc".
I don't see such a symbol in reapi_gamedll_const.inc from the link you provided, nor any of the other symbols from the error box, meaning you didn't download the files from there.

alright, the api problem was solved, but there still gives me the tag mismatch (https://prnt.sc/eNCl0lY23nxX)

You can ignore those. It's a bug from the compiler. It won't affect the plugin in any way.
