So I've set this up on a fresh server with all the dependencies. Everything downloads and shows properly, no errors, but gameplay for me is bugged.

-The boss is always the Easter Bunny (unless I missed a config where you can change which bosses are active)
-When playing as the Easter Bunny and I take damage, I instantly move extremely slow. (This does not affect bots whatsoever)

FF2 vesion? I think you're using old FF2 version such as v1.07.

I already purged the server by the time I saw your post earlier today, but I downloaded the latest from GitHub, compiled it on my own computer and uploaded that to the server. Then I copied the "freaks" folder from the plugin archive and uploaded that to the server which worked. I think it wasn't working correctly before was because I was mixing content from the Git repo and copied the compiled smx from the plugins archive which caused those bugs. The seeman boss is currently an error, although that's most likely something in my downloads config or whitelist.

I'm experiencing the same issue, version 1.10.9

Used the same method and fixed the issue. Might need to adjust the OP to make sure people get clearer instructions

@Phaiz can you elaborate? I'd be happy to update the instructions.

Also, I just got back from vacation. Will be looking into weapon balances re: the Matchmaking update and finishing up the sound issues during the weekend.

Got a death threat from WakaFlocka in the meantime, which isn't too surprising.

I did have the issues said above when I first started my server, that's why I use Shadows Fork.

This is a preliminary release of 1.10.0. Please report any bugs you find, especially regarding music. If no bugs are found I will be releasing 1.10.0 on Sunday, July 24.

EDIT1 (1:47PM): Updated to fix music bugs related to clients joining in-progress games
