ok wen i tried 2 log in on steam thats wat i get:

ok it wont let me atatch it but here wat it says:
ERROR: unable to open Steam.dll for writing (errno = 13)

lol, it seems like no software likes you nightmare. Anyway I have some today I think, hopefully I can help you. But reinstall steam is what i would ddo when you get a steam.dll error like that.
