How i can disable the fake chat messages?

I can't figure out how to edit the admin flags for this plugin.
I only want high admins to be able to use all these commands.
My high admins get the "z" flag but my moderators get "abdefj" flags only.

Is there a flag that is required for the commands to work?
Please help
