How to start a vote at 3 mins to vote on next map ?

So we use to have are round time set to 20 mins, and at 3 minutes it use to calla vote for people to vote on the next map, and now its not working.

Can you give us more info please? What mode? What plugins are you using?

csgo surf, and we use cksurf, rtv, mapchooser, mapchooser extended
