hw.dll is encrypted, try this in attach files:
alt+t in IDA text view, search "Overflow %d temporary ents!\n" when analysis is finished and you will find it.

How encrypt the file again after i decrypted & modified it? The game is not working with decrypted dll!

You won't solve anything with that, all the players that play on the server need to download the new dll, and it isn't possible.

Is possible to write a command in server swds.dll & say to client hw.dll to dezactivate this:
Sentence or Pitch shift ignored. > 16 playing!
Overflow 500 temporary ents!

... as long as a player is playing on server???

Because this warning is a error limitation by valve to play with entities.
If a make a plugin i must to limit a entity and to make the server too boring!
An example will be zombie blood, server effects, beautiful sprite plugins!

Another error is "Sentence or Pitch". This error is just flood text messages!

If you want try to make a plugin who disable this 2 messages! Server to console client command.
Is hard to find a hook for these!
