Well, you do have to give people access to the ban command, which can only be done through SourceMod. So it's easiest to use SourceMod's admin part (which by the way, you can also manage with SourceBans).

About the error, it seems you set the host in databases.cfg to localhost, instead of your website's domain...

Hello,

I experience a problem: when my game server is not able for some reason to reach the webserver, the gameserver stops to function; it says to me that the gmeserver is locked and to restart.
I would that even if the webserver is not reacheble, the gameserver don't stops and possibly get a list the more possible recent of bans, that because if my webserver is out of work, I would my gameserver not completely exposed to cheaters.
Is it possible?

That error locks the gameserver for about 1, 2 or more minutes on my PC displaiyng the same error for 5, 6 or more times, then the server goes ahead and finally works, but at each map change it hangs again in the same point.

Is a test server with gungame where actually are installed:

- Gungame 4.0.96 RC1
- ES_Tools Release v. 420
- Eventscript 1.5
- Mani admin plugin 1.2s
- zblock 4
- Sourcemod and sourcebans last release.

If the webserver is available, then that problem is not present at all.

Get the SVN version from http://svn.interwavestudios.com/sourcebans/trunk, it was fixed there.

@soleary: that window shows no SourceBans errors, so I think it's a problem with ES Tools. Nothing we can fix. And no, the plugin doesn't store the bans locally, it gets them directly from the database.
