After upgrading to Batfoxkid's FF2 fork version 1.19.9 to 1.20.2, no charge ability started to work or malfunction
for example
ff2_salmon: "charge_summon; Has no cooldown or chargetime, you can spam as you wish"
default_abilities: "charge_bravejump and teleport; Has no cooldown or chargetime, you can spam as you wish"
m7_abilities_extended: "charge_summon; Has no cooldown or chargetime, you can spam as you wish"
ff2_tfcond: *"I assume that has same problem too"

Iteam databes was using old data, so that was the problem...

the old version was using old tf2items, i didn't mention it but rage_weapon abilities was not working too
